The first is butter. Additionally, because butter is a fat it can help to regulate your blood sugar levels – especially if it comes from grass-fed cows.
The second is eggs. Your doctor may have advised you to watch how many eggs you eat because they can raise your cholesterol, however, this simply isn’t true. While eggs do contain some cholesterol, the majority of the cholesterol in our bodies is produced by our liver and not by eating food. As such, you can eat as many eggs as you like as long as they are pasture-raised organic eggs.
The third is shrimp. Considering shrimp are bottom feeders, you might have heard that they are among the most toxic kinds of seafood to consume. However, I disagree because shrimp have healthy levels of DHA, an essential omega-3 fatty acid. DHA concentrates on our brains and is therefore crucial for the health of our brains, nervous systems, eyes, and eyesight. DHA is also crucial for activating our internal battery because it provides us with a supply of electrons to help balance out protons in our bodies.
