4 Tips to Get Rid of Candida & Unwanted Organisms

Introduction

Here are four tips to get rid of candida and other unwanted organisms. These organisms can reside in the gut, the blood, even in your organs, or in your brain. Here are my four tips to help you eliminate them.

Tip #1: Stop Ingesting Them

 You may already be aware that eating undercooked meat and seafood, such as sushi, increases your risk of ingesting unwanted organisms. If you love sushi, this could be making the situation worse. To support your body’s healing process, consider avoiding these foods, at least during the time you're working on eliminating these organisms from your body.

Tip #2: Stop Feeding Them 

One of the foods that these organisms love is sugar, especially processed sugar found in many foods. Candida, for example, thrives on sugar. By limiting or eliminating processed sugar from your diet, you'll significantly help in eradicating candida and other harmful gut bugs.

Tip #3: Use Digestive Enzymes to Weaken Parasites

Digestive enzymes can be helpful, particularly when dealing with candida. Specific enzymes help weaken the outer wall of these organisms, making it easier to destroy them. This will assist with the killing phase, which I’ll discuss in Tip #4, by enabling your body to penetrate the parasites more effectively.

Tip #4: Take CABO Herbs to Decrease Bugs

The final step is to take a combination of herbal medicines, which I call the “kill phase,” to decrease harmful organisms. CABO stands for:

  • C: Cloves – Cloves are effective against unwanted bugs which can cause chronic gut inflammation and digestive issues.
  • A: Artemesia – This herb helps kill off bad bugs and their eggs.
  • B: Black Walnut – Black walnut helps eliminate unwanted organisms and their eggs. The active component, juglone, plays a key role in this.
  • O: Oregano – Not the oil of oregano, as it can be tough on the liver, but the whole oregano plant is highly effective against candida and other harmful bacteria.
