Peanut Butter Protein Cookies : Healthy + Delicious 

Peanut Butter + Cookies

This is a household staple for us and a great way to sneak in some fruits and veggies.  Ssshh!!

Peanut Butter + Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

½ cup Coconut Sugar

½ cup Almond Flour (add for consistency when mixing, see directions below) 

1 Large Egg

2 capsules @vitatree Veggies Multi (opened)

2 capsules @vitatree Fruits Multi (opened)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F

In medium bowl combine peanut butter, coconut sugar, Vitatree Fruits Multi, Vitatree Veggies Multi, and egg.  Add almond flour 1 tbsp. at a time, mixing in between, until the dough is thick and easy to roll into balls (not too sticky).

Roll dough into 18 x 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.

Using a fork flatten the cookies making a cross pattern

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are browning

Let cool and enjoy!
