Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl

Introduction

This delicious Pina Colada smoothie bowl makes a healthy breakfast, tasty snack or creamy desert. We added protein powder and turmeric curcumin to give this Pina Colada smoothie bowl an extra boost. Try this Pina Colada smoothie bowl after a workout or as a yummy light meal. 

Piña Colada Smoothie Bowl 

2 frozen bananas 

1 cup frozen pineapple 

1 cup coconut milk 

1 scoop Vitatree Vanilla Protein Powder (whey or vegan)

2 capsules Vitatree Turmeric Curcumin (opened)

 

Directions

Blend all ingredients until thoroughly combined. 

Pour into desired bowl. 

 

Add garnishes:

Cacoa nibs

Coconut Flakes

Pineapple pieces 

Orange slice
