3 Supplements You Should NEVER Take

Here are three supplements you should never take. This is something that I want you to be aware of in terms of the vitamin industry. Something that a lot of people don't realize. 

1. Folic Acid 

Constipation Folic acid, often known as a stress vitamin, is at the top of my list of things to avoid since it is frequently recommended for those who wish to reduce their stress and assist in filling in their B vitamin deficiencies. Since folic acid is not a natural substance and is frequently derived chemically from the petrochemical industry, it should not be confused with folate, which comes from naturally occurring leafy greens and vegetables. Folic acid, on the other hand, is not natural, and some research suggests that it may even increase the prevalence of some diseases.

2. Ascorbic Acid         

Chin AcneAscorbic acid is number two on my list of bad things, so unless it says that it is from a natural source, ascorbic acid in your vitamin C tablets, capsules, or chewable is synthetically derived. They typically do this by using genetically modified corn along with a strong acid to extract that ascorbic acid. This is a problem, especially if it is chewable because the acid can be very harmful to your teeth. If it's not Whole Food, the ascorbic acid isn't natural.

3. B- Complex Vitamins

55) HeadacheB complex vitamins are number three on my list of poor vitamins since, once again, they're typically used to relieve tension but instead cause me stress. This is because they're typically made from petrochemicals, so I don't suggest them if you're searching for vitamins. Verify that they are Whole Food Vitamins, that they are not Synthetically Derived, and that they do not also contain Fillers and Flow Agents. stearate of magnesium titanium dioxide, and silicon dioxide To truly understand what you're taking and of course anything you're swallowing that's meant to be helpful for your health, you really need to know the vitamin business completely and out, as I do.  For additional information on which vitamins should never be taken together, please watch my video, "10 vitamins you should never take together."
