Weight Loss Tip | Matcha Latte Smoothie Recipe

Introduction

In this video, Dr. Janine shares her favourite matcha latte smoothie recipe.  This is a great breakfast or post-workout smoothie.  She goes through every ingredient while demonstrating how to make this delicious matcha latte smoothie recipe.  Lastly, Dr. Janine explains how this is great to include as part of a high-protein breakfast to help fix leptin resistance.

 

Ingredients

½ Frozen Banana

1 cup Almond Milk

1 tsp Matcha Powder

1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla or Unflavored)

1 cup Ice

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Almond Butter (more to taste)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blend and blend.  Add water to desired consistency if necessary

Pour into a glass and enjoy.
