1. Stop Snacking

Eliminating snacking is an important step to achieve ideal blood glucose levels. Consistent snacking interrupts the body's ability to maintain a healthy balance. Every time you eat you're going to spike your blood glucose levels and this makes it really difficult for your body to find that proper balance and to help you to get into fat burning mode

2. Fix leptin resistance

3. Eat less fructose
