Skin health seed oil

Is THIS Seed Oil Good for Your Skin?

Introduction

Is it possible that seed oil can be good for your skin? While seed oils have gotten a bad reputation, this one could actually be beneficial for your skin, helping to improve its appearance and potentially slow down the signs of aging. Let’s talk about some of the key benefits of raspberry seed oil. I’ve got four major reasons I love using it in my beauty routine.

Anti-Inflammatory

Raspberry seed oil is a natural anti-inflammatory, it is loaded with antioxidants, but also healthy fats, omega-3 and 6 fats that are very helpful for proper hydration of the skin.

Vitamin A & E

I love that raspberry seed oil contains natural antioxidants, including vitamin A, which is great for the skin. While retinols are well-known for their benefits, raspberry seed oil offers naturally occurring vitamin A and vitamin E as well. These antioxidants help protect the skin from free radical damage and can also be beneficial when you have some natural sunlight exposure, which ties in with number three on my list.

Natural Sunscreen

Raspberry seed oil is and has a natural sunscreen effect as well.

Won't Clog Pores

If you suffer from acne or have clogged pores, raspberry seed oil is a great option. It won’t clog your pores and serves as an excellent moisturizer. It’s also helpful for calming inflammation, making it beneficial for those with chronic acne.
