Causes of Acne Rosacea You Haven’t Heard

Introduction

If you have acne rosacea, this blog is for you because I'm going to share some natural tips on how to get rid of it quickly. Some acne rosacea causes that you probably haven't heard of include the fact that not getting enough exposure to natural sunlight can be one of the causes and that too much blue light—whether it comes from your devices or the energy-efficient light bulbs in your home—is more harmful to your skin.

Tip #1 Get Natural Sunlight Exposure

Get some natural sunlight exposure. This means, in particular, that early morning sunlight will be crucial for reducing overall body inflammation. As soon as you wake up, it's ideal to spend 20 to 30 minutes outside while the sun is rising. Midday, a little UV light will also be beneficial. And as the sun sets, that sunlight exposure will be beneficial for your acne rosacea.

Tip #2 Use Your Computer by an Open Window or Outside

Number two advice If you frequently use electronic devices, attempt to do so near an open window or, better yet, outside in the sunlight. This will assist to offset the effects of the blue light by exposing you to the complete spectrum of sunlight and being outside.

Tip #3 No Cells Phones Upon Waking and After Sunset

Don't use your cell phone—especially first thing in the morning when you wake up in bed and after the sun has set again—as this blue light poisoning will make your acne rosacea worse by causing more and more inflammation in your body.

Tip #4 Wear Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Wearing blue light-blocking glasses is tip number four. My family and I always wear them whenever we use devices, especially after the sun has set in our home. This is important to protect against blue light exposure to the eyes as well as to the skin because you don't want to expose your skin to artificial light.

Tip #5 Decrease Stress

Reduce your stress, whatever you define that for yourself, by checking out my other channel, remaining still while listening to music with healing frequencies, and being mindful of your breathing.

Tip #6 Use Iron Oxide Topically on the Skin

Use products topically on the skin. One such product, iron oxide, has been discovered in the research. This pigment is frequently added to sunscreens and can be added to them if you make your own with zinc oxide and carrot seed oil. Iron oxide has been shown in this study to improve photo protection when applied topically to the skin, thereby helping to block some of that blue light.

Tip #7 Healthy Microbiome

Making sure you have a healthy gut and microbiome is tip number seven. To do this, you may need to perform a full body detox once or twice a year as well as some type of parasite cleansing using herbal remedies. I really like to educate people about how to do this naturally and on a regular basis. You may also need to reintroduce the good bacteria, which is why probiotics are crucial for a healthy microbiome.

Tip #8 Health Diet High in DHA

Number eight advice Eat locally and in-season foods to help reduce the overall inflammation in your body. This is why I adore seafood. Make sure you're eating a balanced diet high in omega-3 fatty acids.

Tip #9

I always like to talk about the Mind-Body Connection because we frequently see that inflammatory skin disorders have a lot to do with self-hatred. Therefore, bringing up and implicating your self-worth how you feel about yourself is important. If there is an underlying anger that is possibly not being released beneath the surface, that is something to consider as well in terms of your acne rosacea. By resolving that issue, the acne will hopefully clear up. There, I'll see you.
