Immune Gut Skin sea moss

Should You Be Taking Sea Moss?

Introduction

Have you heard about sea moss and of course all of its health benefits? Well, I'm going to go through seven of the best health benefits some of which are very much documented in terms of helping your health.

Supports Thyroid Health

Sea moss can help to support your good thyroid health, we know that our thyroid requires certain nutrients and one of the big ones that we tend to be very deficient in is iodine. Sea moss has a good amount of iodine; which I recommend especially if you know you have an underperforming thyroid (Hypothyroidism). Sea moss might be something that you want to consider adding to your routine.

Improves Gut Health

Sea moss also helps to improve our gut health. Seaweeds are typically a good source of good bacteria and fiber which helps to feed our healthy microbiome. This is great if you've got chronic gas and bloating. A  lot of people who start taking sea moss really do realize that their gut health is improving and of course, it's all natural.

Supports Weight Loss

Sea moss may help to support weight loss. We know that sea moss is loaded with plenty of micronutrients and, of course, rich in fiber, helping keep the bowels moving. Sea moss can be one of those things that can help to accelerate your healthy weight loss.

Fertility

Fertility issues can also be supported with the use of sea moss. We need essential minerals to help with our fertility and to support our endocrine systems. Some people anecdotally have reported that fertility was enhanced by starting to take sea moss.

Immunity

Sea moss has also been linked to increased immunity. This was discovered a few years ago. Everyone wants to boost their immunity to help fight off viruses. One of the qualities of sea moss and other marine algae is that because of that nutrient density, it helps to promote a healthy immune system.

Muscle Recovery

Sea moss is loaded with things like magnesium and other minerals which helps with muscle recovery. Often when we're magnesium deficient we can have a lot of muscle twitches, aches, and cramping. Sea moss is a natural way to support and supplement with magnesium.

Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails

Due to nutrient density and sea moss, it does help with the growth of your hair, the sheen of your hair, and the strength of your nails. So there are plenty of beauty benefits that come with taking sea moss.
